WP1 Requirements Specification (WP Leader: AUTH)

During this WP, use case and process models will be constructed. Following the evaluation of these models the opportunity to identify possible problems and determine user needs on the usability and operability of the system and the information security is given. During this WP the following tasks and activities will be undertaken:

WP2 Cloud Infrastructure (WP Leader: SINGULAR LOGIC)

Work package 2 aims at developing the cloud infrastructure that it will be used for the purposes of the project. During this WP the following tasks and activities will be undertaken:

WP3 e-Personal Healthcare Record (WP Leader: Hygeia)

The main goal of WP3 is to develop an electronic personal healthcare record. The ePHR software is considered as vital for the PINCLOUD solution as other components like e-prescribing, e-referral and PMP interact with it and integrate their activities. This work package is based on the following tasks:

WP4 Patient Monitoring Platform (WP Leader: VDV)

The main goal of WP4 concerns the design of the personalized monitoring system architecture and the development of the application on the basis of the users‟ requirements, implementation conditions, and potential facility for further extensions. This WP will focus on the definition and design of an advanced sensor system with its application layer. Special care will be given to the design of the distinctive user interfaces (Graphical User Interface) according to their status e.g. patient, health professional side as well as the appropriate implementation of the PINCLOUD security policy. During this WP the following tasks and activities will be undertaken:

WP5 e-Referral and e-Prescribing platform (WP Leader: UNIPI)

This WP attempts to develop an integrated solution that consists of two subsystems: (a) e-Referral and (b) e-Prescribing. Both of them are based on the requirements identified in WP1. During this WP the following tasks and activities will be undertaken:

WP6 Quality Assurance, Integration and Testing (WP Leader: SINGULAR LOGIC)

WP6 will (a) integrate the solutions of WP2, WP3, WP4, WP5 and WP7 producing the PINCLOUD integrated platform and (b) perform the technical verification of the integrated platform.
A two-phase integration process will be followed:
Phase 1: Early versions of the e-PHR, PMP, e-prescription/e-referral and e-learning system are integrated into the Cloud infrastructure. It is critical to identify and resolve interoperability and integration issues early in the project cycle.
Phase 2: Final versions of the services are integrated to produce the final PINCLOUD - Integrated e-health Service. During this WP the following tasks and activities will be undertaken:

WP7 User’s Training (WP Leader: UNIPI)

During this WP and in response to new educational needs of end-users of e-Healthcare systems, the proposed e-training methodology will be implemented and it consists of the following tasks:

The current WP aims to assess overall operation and users acceptance of the integrated PINCLOUD platform provided by T6.3. During this WP the following tasks and activities will be undertaken:

WP9 Socio-technical & Economic Evaluation (WP Leader: UNIPI)

During this work package, an assessment of the socio-technical and economic environment will be carried out. The results of the proposed project will be disseminated too through the organization of workshops. During this WP the following tasks and activities will be undertaken:
